I have been managing and operating Mark Simnett Building Design (formerly: Focus Design Services Pty Ltd), since 1994. 

A firm believer in the philosophy of ‘being only as good as your last project’, I strive to better myself in all facets of life, with architecture being a key element in my artistic endeavours over the past 30 years of full time service to the Architectural industry. 

Striving to challenge my knowledge and understanding of Architecture, I have immersed myself into a vast range of Architectural disciplines throughout my career. This being the catalyst and grounding required for me personally to position myself confidently 'as a professional' in the modern Architectural market place, knowing that I can provide my clients with quality, creative advice for each and every project I undertake.
